Business Spotlight: El Sabor Ecuatoriano Grill and Bar

Alex and Rosa are the owners of El Sabor Ecuatoriano Bar and Grill in Spencerport. They are located on Ridge Road near Trimmer Road. This restaurant serves South American food especially from Ecuador, Colombia, and Peru. They opened one year ago and did renovations three months ago. “All the decorations is based on a tropical theme. It reflects our culture and gives the restaurant a Latin concept we want to share with all our friends, neighbors, and new customers,” Rosa said. Alex and Rosa were born in Ecuador but have spent most of their lives in this country. They currently live in Spencerport with their three year old daughter. “We really like this town because it’s peaceful and full of opportunities to grow with your family,” Rosa said. Asked what inspires Rosa to start each day on the right foot, she said, “Our family and our dreams motivate us every day to keep moving forward and to keep building something meaningful.” Look for this restaurant with its new name that is coming soon which is Los Andes Bistro and Bar.
